Important Notice

22vet is for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) or older only. Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

Scope of Terms

These terms apply to the 22vet website, mobile browser version, and all gaming and betting services covered by the platform. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines are also an integral part of these terms.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable to all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Transactions via third-party accounts or credit cards are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held while a verification process is ongoing.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus conditions have been met.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

22vet is committed to preventing money laundering. In the case of suspicious transactions or unusual deposits and withdrawals, 22vet may request identity verification or additional documents, and may place a hold on transactions if necessary.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering must be completed within a set time limit after the bonus is activated.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is applicable only once per account.
• Placing bets against another player using a bonus, or attempting to make risk-free profit by exploiting a bonus, is prohibited.
• 22vet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• If bonus fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6.1 Permitted & Prohibited Activities

• Using software, bots, or automated tools to alter game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusion with other players is prohibited.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform is prohibited; any such errors must be reported to support immediately.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error will be considered void.

6.2 Cancellations & Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, you must notify the support team within 72 hours of the incident. 22vet's decision will be considered final and binding. The platform's logs and records will serve as the authoritative evidence.

7.1 Voluntary Limit Setting

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Any player may voluntarily request that their account be suspended for a set period or permanently. This request can be made through the support team, and once in effect, the player will not be permitted to access the platform.

Ownership Provisions

• All content on the 22vet platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics — is the intellectual property of 22vet.
• Reproducing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without written permission from 22vet is prohibited.
• Game content is owned by the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe) and is governed by their terms.

9.1 Grounds for Suspension & Closure

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• Instructions from law enforcement authorities.

9.2 Inactive Account Policy

22vet will provide prior notice for accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. You may contact the support team regarding any balance in the account.

Disclaimer of Liability

• 22vet is not liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform.
• 22vet is not liable for changes to game outcomes caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• 22vet is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• 22vet will not be liable for service unavailability during platform maintenance.
